Who We Are

meet coach chris

Christopher J. Streeter, M. Ed is a seasoned sports professional hailing from Fairfax Station, Virginia. From a young age, sports have played a pivotal role in his life, with soccer being his first love. Christopher’s sporting journey commenced at the tender age of 4, rapidly progressing through regional and select soccer teams. His exceptional skills earned him a spot in the Olympic Development program, a pathway to the United States National Soccer team.

Thriving on the national stage, Christopher competed until the age of 14, transitioning his focus to basketball and football during high school. His athleticism shone through as a three-sport athlete, receiving scholarship offers in the 10th grade for Division 1 basketball and football. Notably, he garnered numerous accolades, including multiple selections to all-conference and all-state honors, and was named the football Player of the Year in 2001.

Post-high school, Christopher chose the University of Massachusetts to continue his athletic journey, later transferring to finish his career in South Carolina. Upon graduating, he embraced a role as the assistant sports information director at Virginia State University, managing news and media updates, social media accounts, and day-to-day sports information operations.

In his free time, Christopher contributed as a sports staff writer for the Richmond Times and Urban Media, publishing over a dozen articles. His passion for sports and education converged when he returned home to become a high school Head Basketball Coach in Fairfax County, requiring him to pursue a master's in education with a focus on special education.

For five years, Christopher excelled in this role until an exciting opportunity emerged. He seized the chance to become the Director of Youth Sports in Fairfax County and Loudoun County for i9 Sports, overseeing all operations for football, basketball, soccer, baseball, and volleyball for ages 3-14. During his tenure, he managed approximately 3500 young athletes, guiding their athletic programming and development.

In the next chapter of his life, Christopher founded World Class Academic & Athletic Development Program, LLC, in 2020. World Class Sports is dedicated to meeting the academic and athletic needs of youth, leveraging Christopher’s extensive sports background and unique perspective as a player, coach, and Director. His overarching goal is to provide inclusive programs that cater to all, making a lasting impact on their lives.
