OPERATION NEIGHBORHOOD
Operation Neighborhood is a flagship community engagement initiative within the World Class organization, designed to instill a sense of social responsibility and community involvement among its athletes. Recognizing the profound impact athletes can have on the communities they belong to, Operation Neighborhood emphasizes the importance of giving back and being active contributors to positive social change.
At its core, the program focuses on integrating community service and service-learning projects into the athletes' experiences. This approach goes beyond traditional volunteer work by incorporating educational components, allowing athletes to deepen their understanding of the social issues affecting their communities and the broader world. By actively engaging in service learning, athletes not only contribute to positive change but also enhance their personal growth and awareness.
